Indoor Patient Service

In the DHIC there are sufficient wards and cabins with A/C facility. Indoor patients are treated in wards, organised according to specialties. Operation theatres serve the Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Otorhinolarygology and Obstetrics & Gynaecology departments.

Obstetrics and Gynaecological surgeries are carried out in its designated Gynaecology operation theatre (GOT). The Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics has an adjacent neonatal unit. All other surgeries are carried out in the main OT room. Critical patients are treated in the Hospital with best cares.
